Shipping policy
Switchilly sells retail orders through our online checkout. Most standard retail orders are shipped by YunExpress registered shipping, mainly through YunExpress Global Registered Special Line for common goods (THPHR).
Free Shipping
We offer free standard registered shipping to most eligible destinations, including the United States, many European countries, and many Middle East destinations. Free shipping availability is based on the destination, address type, carrier route, product weight, and current carrier service coverage.
Estimated Delivery Time
- United States: usually 6-12 business days for standard THPHR shipments.
- United Kingdom and many European destinations: usually 6-10 business days.
- Other countries and regions: delivery time varies by destination, customs clearance, and local delivery service.
Delivery estimates are business-day estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, holidays, weather, remote addresses, and local carrier delays may extend transit time.
Remote, Island, and High-Cost Destinations
Some remote or island destinations can be shipped, but they may not qualify for free shipping. These orders may use YunExpress Island Special Line for common goods (THPDYPY) or another available route. Examples include Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, and certain island or remote addresses.
Some high-cost countries or regions may also require a shipping fee instead of free shipping. Examples include South Africa, Azerbaijan, and selected African or remote destinations. When a shipping fee applies, it is generally around US$5 for standard small retail orders, or it may be quoted separately before shipment if the carrier cost is unusually high.
Wholesale and Bulk Orders
Wholesale, distributor, and bulk orders are not handled as standard retail checkout orders. Please contact us before placing a wholesale or bulk order so we can confirm product availability, shipping method, freight cost, lead time, delivery schedule, and payment details.
Address Accuracy
Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment, suite, unit number, postal code, phone number, and any required local delivery information. Orders delayed or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or local charges required by the destination country or region. These charges are not included in product prices unless clearly stated at checkout.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed after payment confirmation and product availability verification. If an item requires extra handling time or if the shipping address needs confirmation, we will contact you before shipment.
